At our store, we take pride in ensuring that each order is carefully processed before shipping. Our standard processing time is 4-7 business days, which includes order verification, product manufacturing, quality checks, secure packaging, and dispatch. Please note that this processing period is separate from the shipping time and should be factored in when estimating your total delivery timeframe.
Packaging
We send your orders in a postal tubes—unframed and unstretched. For canvases, we additionally leave technical margins to facilitate easy stretching onto a frame. Please ensure that the size of the frame corresponds to the size of your ordered canvas. All products are carefully packed before shipping to ensure that you receive them intact.
Canvas Stretching
If you are unsure about stretching the canvas yourself or cannot do it on your own, we recommend contacting the nearest framing workshop. The professionals there will do it for you, ensuring that your canvas looks flawless.
Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs and preferences. You can choose from the following methods at checkout:
-Standard Postal Service – A cost-effective option for those who are not in a rush to receive their items.
-FedEx Economy – A balance between cost and speed, providing quicker delivery at an affordable rate.
-FedEx Express – The fastest shipping method for urgent orders, ensuring your package arrives as soon as possible.
