Sizing Details

-Sizes are for one print. If you buy a set of several prints, you will need to add their sizes to get the overall size.

-Paper prints are printed to size without any backgrounds or margins.

-When printing canvases supplied in rolls, we make a background around the edges so that you can stretch the canvas onto a stretcher.

Color Reproduction

-Colors may vary from monitor to monitor. It depends on your display settings.

-We try to give detailed photos so that you can understand the true colors of the painting.

-If you are unsure of the color, please re-view the listing on multiple monitors.

-Typically, the print is obtained in the same color, but due to the glow of the monitor, some colors may look slightly brighter than after printing.

-Slight color deviations are allowed. This is not considered a defect and does not require a return.

 

Processing Time & Shipping

-The item is printed to order, so I need 4-7 days to receive the printout and send it to you.

-Delivery time depends on the country of destination.

-Due to the cancellation of flights between some countries, departures may be delayed indefinitely. Please make sure that any possible delay in your canvas does not come as an unpleasant surprise to you.

-A4 and smaller sizes are shipped in cardboard envelopes.

-All other sizes are sent in a mail tube.

 

Return & Exchange

-Customer satisfaction is our top goal.

-All products are quality checked and printed to order personally for you with a guarantee of the correct size and high-quality printing.

-Returns are accepted only for products damaged upon arrival.

-We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

-When returned, the item(s) must be in their original condition (not used in any way) and with all original packaging.

-Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned package, though delays may occur due to weekends or holidays.

 

Custom Orders

-We offer the possibility of custom sizes or designs to fit your needs.

-If you need a specific size that is not listed in our store, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

-As custom prints are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
